清代中期婚姻缔结过程中的冲突考察

    摘要：清代中期，民间社会存在着冲击包办婚姻和传统婚姻伦理、规范的行为基础。政府努力维护现存的婚姻秩序，坚定不移地保护父母的主婚权；男女自主择偶的行为被有效制止；官方充分肯定契约订婚的合法性，而解除婚约受到极大限制，实际上是对低质量婚姻的保护。

    An Inquiry of the Conflicts in Engagement in the Middle Qing Dynasty
    Abstract： During the middle Qing Dynasty there were potential challenges to arra nged marriage and traditional marriage ethos and norms in Local Communities. Gov ernments worked hard to preserve existing marriage order and stubbornly maintained parent s’, power of deciding marriage. Activities of choosing ones match on ones own w i ll had been efficiently checked. The legitimization of engagement by contract wa s fully confirmed by governments,but to break up engagement was subject to many limitations, in fact it was the poor marriage which received protection.
