引进国外人才对中国经济增长影响的实证研究

    摘要:   利用2000～2009年中国省级面板数据,对国外人才引进对中国经济增长的影响进行实证研究。研究表明,中国引进国外人才的经济增长弹性为0.0325,即引进国外人才每增加1%,可带来中国GDP增长0.0325%。分地区的研究表明,国外人才引进对经济增长的促进作用,在东部地区非常显著,在中西部地区并未表现出来。量化分析了中国引进国外人才的主要进展,并提出促进中国引进国外人才的若干建议。

    An Empirical Study on the Influence of Brain Gain on China’s Economic Growth
    Abstract: Using the provincial level panel data from 2000 to 2009,the paper empirically studies the influence of brain gain on China’s economic growth.The research shows that China’s economic growth elasticity of brain gain is 0.0325,which means that every 1% increase of brain gain in China can lead to 0.0325% increase of China’s GDP.Further study shows that the promotional function of brain gain on economic growth is very significant in eastern China,but it is insignificant in western China.A qualitative analysis is made on the development of China’s brain gain and some suggestions on promoting China’s brain gain are proposed.
