中国地区差距新变化与要素流动：基于人口与经济分布不匹配视角的观察与解释

    摘要：地区差距从空间上就是人口与经济分布的不匹配所造成的结果，这是观察地区差异的一个新的视角。本文从人口与经济不匹配的角度观察并审视了中国2003年以来所出现的地区差异缩小趋势，并在此基础上分析了人口流动和资本流动对地区差距的不同影响，认为随着人口流动壁垒的降低，其对缩小不匹配度的贡献在扩大，人口流动方向对于今后缩小地区发展具有越来越重要的作用。本文还从国际比较的视角研究了人口—经济不匹配度的合理区间问题，具体测算了分省不匹配程度的变化，指出了不同类型区域实现经济协调发展的路径选择。
    New Trends in Regional Disparity and Factor Flows in China: An Observation and Explanation from a Perspective in Mismatching Distribution between Population and Industries          Abstract: The regional disparity can be expressed as mismatching distribution between population and industries from a spatial point of view, which is a new perspective in evaluating regional disparity. In this study, we examined the new trend in convergence of regional disparity since 2003, and analyzed how flows of population and capital affect the trends in regional disparity. We conclude that the flow of population is playing more and more important role in reducing the mismatching distribution between population and industries and thus the regional disparities. We also examined the reasonable degree of mismatching from an international perspective, and categorized the mismatching degrees by provinces. Based on the categorization.
