联合国国际包容性增长政策中心发布“金砖国家青年与就业”专辑

    隶属于联合国开发计划署(UNDP)的国际包容性增长政策中心(The　International　Policy　Centre　for　Inclusive　Growth,简称IPC-IG/UNDP)于2014年第28期(2014年4月期)《政策观察》“Policy　in　Focus”上发布了以“金砖国家青年与就业”(YOUTH　AND　EMPLOYMENT　AMONG　THE　BRICS)为主题的专辑。
    专辑重点探讨了金砖国家(巴西、俄罗斯、印度、中国和南非)促进青年就业的政策,通过对各金砖国家在社会政策和对策等方面的研究,对促进青年就业提出了具体的社会方案的建议。其中,中国社会科学院学部委员、经济研究所研究员朱玲的文章《中国农村的公共工程、创造就业和减少贫困》(Public　Works,　Job　Creation　and　Poverty　Reduction　in　Rural　China)以中国为例,分析了经济快速增长对减贫所产生的促进作用,同时强调,中国政府不断采取多方面的措施,通过包括公共工程计划,促进增长、创造就业和社会保障计划在内的措施,加上不断提高的教育和培训等努力,在减贫方面获得了巨大成果,并正在取得更大的进展。
